The G-38 Ai-Deba features a white steel #3 core blade. The magnolia wood handle is ornamented with a water buffalo horn bolster, making this an elegant work of functional art. The Ai-deba has a single-bevel, thin and narrow blade which is lightweight. It is a great knife for filleting fish and for slicing medium-sized fish.
