About the KC-200 Series:
Knives of the KC-200 Series feature the same beautiful Damascus-clad blades as the KC-100 series knives. They have a VG-10 stainless steel core / 33-layer Damascus blade. The special handle is composed of POM (Acetal resin), which contains an anti-microbial chemical to fight germs, and has a stainless bolster. The maximum temperature limit is 150°C(300°F). The knives could be placed in dishwashers. Perfect for hygienic professional use.
