Shipping Policy
You can purchase your items online and they are shipped from our US warehouse. Shipping is based on weight. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price, and delivery method. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.
International
Please know your country's laws before purchasing as we cannot be responsible for customs delays and/or seizures (for example: certain items, such as assisted opening knives, cannot be shipped to some countries). Any import/customs fees are paid by the buyer. Once shipped, USPS First Class can take 2-6 weeks for delivery. Priority International can take 1-4 weeks. The fastest method is Express Mail Service, which arrives normally within 7-10 days. Please be patient with the Postal Service if you choose First Class or Priority. If your package has not arrived yet and it has been weeks, please go to your local post office and ask about your package, most of the time it is there waiting.

Returns
Rubicon Cutlery offers a 30-day return policy for refund on purchases. Please contact us to arrange a return or replacement for damaged or defective merchandise. You can send the item back to us with the invoice and a brief reason for the return. Returned items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. We may charge a 10% restocking fee if the return is not due to our error.
